PC 469: Para enmendar el artículo 4.012A de la Ley Núm. 107-2020, según enmendada, conocida como “Código Municipal de Puerto Rico”, para disponer que en los casos en que los municipios expropien inmuebles clasificados como estorbos públicos que puedan ser rehabilitados como residencias, y consideren venderlos, se otorgará la primera opción de compra de dichos inmuebles, en los casos en que existan ciudadanos interesados en adquirir su primer hogar, a mujeres jefas de familia, jóvenes, o personas con impedimentos, así como personas cuya oportunidad de adquirir una propiedad estén limitadas en los procesos del mercado tradicional; y para otros fines relacionados.
